WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?
Customers should expect to receive their orders within three(3) to five(5) working days upon payment verification.

If you experience delay in receiving your orders,contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDERS AFTER I HAVE MADE PAYMENT?
No, Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is verified and delivery is been processed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'SÂ A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER(DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)?
We take such matter very seriously and we will look into the case thoroughly. Any sample that falls under damaged order should not be thrown away,Take a photo proof and email the photo of the affected sample for close inspection and review before another product would be sent back at no cost.
In the event of a lost order, we will locate the delivery team and make sure your order gets to you.
